What You Should Know
At TKMD, all injectable treatments are performed by Dr. Khanna personally — not a nurse or aesthetician. This distinction matters. A dermatologist understands facial anatomy at the level of a physician, which means safer injections and more precise, natural-looking results.
Botox & Neurotoxins
Botulinum toxin temporarily relaxes the muscles responsible for dynamic wrinkles — the lines that form when you squint, frown, or raise your eyebrows. Treatment takes 10–15 minutes, with results appearing in 7–14 days and lasting 3–4 months. Commonly treated areas include forehead lines, frown lines (11s), crow's feet, and brow lift.
Dermal Fillers
Hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvederm, Restylane) restore volume and smooth deep lines that Botox cannot address — nasolabial folds, marionette lines, lip augmentation, cheek volume, and under-eye hollows. Results are immediate and typically last 6–18 months.
How It Works
Dr. Khanna evaluates your concerns, reviews your medical history, and discusses realistic expectations.
A personalized plan is developed — which areas to treat, which products to use, and how much.
Botox sessions take 10–15 minutes. Filler sessions take 30–60 minutes depending on areas treated.
A follow-up is scheduled to evaluate results and make any adjustments.
Who Is This Right For?
Ideal candidates are adults with realistic expectations who want to address dynamic wrinkles (Botox) or volume loss and deep lines (fillers). You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding. Certain medications and medical conditions may require modification of treatment. Dr. Khanna reviews all of this at your consultation.
"I want my patients to look refreshed, not frozen. The goal is always a natural result — something that makes you look like a better-rested version of yourself. Not a different person."
